Frequetly Asked Questions

Can you send my gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, absolutely! Just make sure to enter their address at checkout underneath 'delivery address', and we’ll send your gift straight to them.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer our signature gift wrapping — your items will be wrapped in our pink or lilac Oat & Thistle stamped paper, tied with ribbon, and finished with a handwritten tag if you’d like to add a personal message.

Our gift wrap is reversible, so if you prefer a more natural look, we can wrap your gift in the plain Kraft side of the paper, also stamped with our O&T design.

Can I include a message with my gift?

Yes, we can handwrite your personal message on a little tag that’s tied to the gift. If you’d like something a bit more special, you can also add one of our handmade Scottish landscape cards by Joy Jen Studio — we’ll write your message inside.

Do you offer gift bundles?

We have a few ready-made gift sets (in a standard box with no wrapping), and we’re also happy to create custom bundles — just choose your items, add gift wrapping, and we’ll make sure it all arrives beautifully presented.

What if I want to send gifts to multiple people?

Each gift order will need to be placed separately if you’d like them sent to different addresses.

Can I order now and have the gift sent closer to a special date?

We can absolutely do this! Just leave us a note at checkout with your preferred delivery date, and we’ll do our best to time your dispatch perfectly.

Do you include prices in the parcel?

No, we never include any invoices or pricing in our gift orders, so your recipient will only see the beautiful gift itself.

I bought this as a gift, alongside other products from Oat & Thistle. I was delighted with the parcel when it arrived, it was beautifully (and environmentally) packed, smelt delicious upon opening and was visually appealing.
This soap set is charming; each soap has a different scent, a variegated colour and is topped with something - moss, fern, heather - which shows which particular soap it is. It is unique, hand-crafted with care and an environmental ethos so important today. We must support these independent businesses, help out planet and avoid the multinationals who care only for profit. I have bought other products which are all wonderful and make inexpensive, unique and thoughtful presents.
