Processing Times

We carefully handcraft and pack every order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. During busy periods (such as seasonal launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

If you need your order urgently, please reach out before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Shipping Rates & Times

We currently ship within the UK via Royal Mail, with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) – £4.50
  • Free Shipping on orders over £35

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way!

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, if you're outside the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch, and we’ll see what we can do!

Local Collection (If Applicable)

For customers in and around Campbeltown, we offer a free drop-off option. Select "Local Drop-Off" at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, once a package has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. If your order is delayed, please get in touch with us and we will investigate and do what we can to make things right, with either your money back or resending the package. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days beyond the estimated delivery time, get in touch, and we’ll help investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 30 days with photos of the package and items so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to help!
