Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your Oat & Thistle order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for any items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please contact us at hey@oatnthistle.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of our small-business and handmade products, we are unable to accept returns on items that are not defective, such as if the wrong item was ordered or you changed your mind. However, we always want you to be happy — so if you’re unsure about a product before buying, feel free to reach out.

 

Missing parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to track it down and make it right.

 

EU Customers

If you’re in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU consumer cooling-off period. This applies even if the product is not faulty — though it must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
